Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 22, 2026

Welcome to Nature Aspire. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase, rental, leasing, and custom modification of ISO dry shipping containers, refrigerated reefer units, and MS Porta Cabins. By contracting with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Equipment Sale & Condition

All containers sold by Nature Aspire are provided in the condition agreed upon in the commercial quote:

  • Cargo Worthy (CW): Certified under IICL guidelines with an active CSC plate, wind and water tight (WWT), suitable for international cargo exports.
  • As-Is / Used: Sold with normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, and dents, suitable for domestic site storage but not certified for marine voyages.

2. Leasing & Rental Agreement

For operating leases and rental options:

  • Rental Period: The minimum lease period is one (1) month unless specified otherwise. Rentals accrue daily and are billed monthly.
  • Return Condition: Containers must be returned empty, swept clean, and free of hazardous materials. Any damages (beyond normal wear and tear) will be billed to the lessee.
  • Reefer Maintenance: The lessee is responsible for connecting reefers to appropriate 380V/460V 3-phase power grids. Nature Aspire guarantees Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) pass status at dispatch, but subsequent operating checkups remain the lessee's responsibility.

3. Custom Modifications & Pre-Fab Workmanship

For MS Porta Cabins, restrooms, and container cafe modifications:

  • Design Approvals: Fabrication begins only after structural plans and electrical layouts are approved by the client in writing.
  • Materials & Standards: We utilize high-quality basic alloys, glass wool insulation, PVC flooring, and modular wiring. Once custom panels are cut, cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the advance security deposit.

4. Delivery & JNPT Port Compliance

Nature Aspire offers transport trailer services to major container yards and port terminals in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai. The client is responsible for securing necessary port permits, gate passes (E-form 13), and customs clearance documents. Offloading at the site requires a suitable crane/hydra, which must be arranged by the client unless specified in the contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of sales, leases, or custom fabrications are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
